Wow, you could smell this bakery from down the hall. Reminds me of the bakery I used to go to in the 80's as the mall is a bit out of date, but the amount of goods there was incredible. I wish I had a bigger stomach!

Fantastic and friendly customer service. They make THE BEST EVER gluten, dairy, egg and yeast free bread around. Like most breads of this fashion, it's best toasted, but from toasted it tastes and feels like "regular bread", which is often difficult to find in these types of breads. And it makes great sandwiches my 7yr old loves in her school lunches. I buy these loaves in bulk and keep in my freezer, the slices NEVER stick together, this is a huge benefit over other breads that once frozen, you try to get a slice and the bread has molded into one big slice that breaks off in pieces (so frustrating). The bread is on the $$ side, but most of these kinds of breads are and there is, not to my knowledge, other breads out there without yeast, egg, gluten and dairy and with low sugar and pretty decent ingredients. I happily pay the $$. This bread is unique, especially for those needing this type of bread and I couldn't be more grateful to Mountain Top Cafe and Bakery for inventing this pe...
